About the event

ACT is the nonprofit community outreach and support arm of the Deputy Sheriff's Association of Bexar County. We serve and assist the heroes of the Bexar County Sheriff's Office and the families they come home to, and we support initiatives within the broader community to complement their public safety mission. Initiatives include financial assistance for deputies' hospital costs and for the surviving family members of those who made the ultimate sacrifice, educational scholarships for officers' children, and support to extracurricular activities for children in at-risk communities.
